Sharing with Subcontractors
Because all jobs are completed by independent subcontractors, your booking details (name, address, contact number, and job description) will be shared with the subcontractor assigned to your appointment. We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by applicable Canadian law. Booking records are generally kept for up to 24 months for administrative and dispute-resolution purposes.
